Every candidate receives the same fields, finance definitions, coverage notes and correction standards.
Evidence comes before a conclusion.
Material claims point to a document version and page, item or other exact locator. Candidate statements are attributed to campaigns. Calculations are labeled, and missing information stays unknown.
AI can help organize records and propose drafts. Candidate information, money and project status require human approval. Council decision summaries require two independent AI checks against the official minutes, with disagreements held for a third check. The minutes remain the official record. Current-year budget acquisition and a complete filing-register reconciliation remain gaps.
Automated accessibility checks and visual inspection do not replace assistive-technology and resident testing.
Corrections should leave a clear record.
Use the corrections form to name the page, say what is wrong and, if you can, link to the evidence. Each suggestion is checked against the original record, and we aim to respond within 10 days.
Changes made after a suggestion are listed in the public corrections log, with the affected pages and the reason. Private correspondence stays private: the log never names the person who wrote in, and a reply email is used only to answer them.
